FarmTRX Giveaway Rules

GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION:

• The Harvest Bundle Giveaway will run from March 2nd – 7th,  2025. The recipient will receive a FarmTRX Harvest Bundle (AG-KIT-2500) including Yield Monitor Plus+ and Moisture Sensor with a retail value of US$3,750.
• The winner will be contacted by FarmTRX to ensure they possess the necessary farm equipment (a traditional combine harvester with a clean grain elevator) to operate FarmTRX before shipping the Harvest Bundle.
• The winner will be notified via email sent by news@farmtrx.com before March 21st, 2025.
• An alternate winner will be selected and notified by email if the original winner is unresponsive, unwilling or unable to receive the prize.
• If the selected winner has already made a purchase of the Harvest Bundle (AG-KIT-2500) on farmtrx.com within the duration of the Giveaway they will be refunded the value of their purchase of one (1) Harvest Bundle (AG-KIT-2500) PLUS an additional free year of unlimited Web App Premium access for their account. If the original purchase was made with Show Special Pricing applied, the refund will total the amount at purchase.

• those eligible to win the giveaway are 18+ and located in Canada or the United States of America excluding the province of Quebec.
