Shipping Policy

 FarmTRX ships worldwide with FedEx, UPS and DHL. Orders are processed as soon as possible depending on order volume. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days from time of purchase.

Once the order is shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

P.O. Boxes

FarmTRX will ship to P.O. boxes located in Canada. Shipping to International P.O. boxes is possible but not guaranteed. If you are wondering if a shipment can be made to an international P.O. box near you, please contact us for help determining your shipping options.

International Shipping Fees and Duties

All products are shipped from Canada. FarmTRX ships products internationally to reseller businesses and, in certain instances, directly to customers in countries that do not have an active reseller.

USA CUSTOMERS: At this time, import tariffs imposed by American Customs on FarmTRX products entering the United States require us to ship only to USA resellers holding stock in greater quantities. If located in the USA, contact us for assistance locating a reseller with available stock.

Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties. FarmTRX is unable to supply estimates on international duties and taxes as this information varies by country. If you place an order online you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges associated with shipping the product and will be contacted directly to make duty payments when the product reaches its destination country.
