The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator to help manage our digital marketing channels and ensure incoming customer inquiries are handled quickly and professionally. This role reports to the company’s marketing and sales leadership.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience across social media, websites, email marketing, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and schedule posts across FarmTRX social media channels
  • Update webpages and ecommerce store; publish blog posts and product updates
  • Build and send email newsletters and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and organize email subscriber lists
  • Monitor incoming leads from web forms and voicemails
  • Respond to initial customer inquiries and route qualified leads to sales 
  • Help track and organize marketing and sales activities

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or sales support
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with website content systems (e.g., WordPress) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team environment
  • Interest in agriculture or AgTech is a bonus
